I felt the hairs stand up on the back of my neck as I stared at Phil Turner. He was just walking out of his house in the morning to grab his daily paper but I didn’t care. I wanted to know when I could strike and this could have been the perfect time.   
I kept wondering when I should strike, I know he goes out in the morning for a jog with his dogs. I also know from my contractor that He takes his kids to school at 9:30 AM. And I could strike then. The kids won’t mind; half of them are out killing people on the streets already.
